Joe and his family have lived in Naperville for several years and are very happy to call Chicagoland their home.
When Joe isn’t helping clients with their real estate needs, he loves to participate in neighborhood and community activities. He is active in coaching various sports teams with his children and you can often find him on a local tennis court or golf course.
Joe is married to Gina Terrano Koscal. Gina graduated from Naperville North, The University of Illinois and Chicago Kent College of Law. She is now a practicing attorney and is well known as an active member of the Naperville Community and the River Woods School.
Joe was born in Oak Park, Illinois and has lived in numerous communities throughout Chicagoland. He attended the University of Kansas and earned a degree in Economics. After working many years in the business community negotiating large dollar transactions, Joe became active in the real estate industry. He started as a home-buyer, then as an investor, (buying, rehabbing and selling homes) and as partner in a real estate investment company that provided investment management services to private investors.
Joe now is the managing broker and owner of Latitude Real Estate. He is recognized as a Certified Negotiation Consultant (CNC) by Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®. This certification is currently held by less than 1% of the real estate licensees in the state of Illinois.
After careful consideration, Joe decided to open his open Latitude Real Estate, so that he could serve clients without interference from a corporate influences.
While negative economic news is abundant, today’s market provides lots of opportunities. I always enjoy helping people and I am passionate about real estate, so I’ve started my own real estate agency. This way I can provide my services to family, friends, neighbors and clients the way I know I would wanted to be cared for and treated.
